1. Services

onKeyPress LLC ("onKeyPress", "we") provides software development, technology consulting, and AI/ML integration services through hourly blocks, monthly retainers, and fixed-scope project packages, as described on our pricing page. By purchasing services or creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Payment

• Hourly blocks are one-time purchases, never expire, and are non-refundable once work has been logged against them.
• Retainers are monthly subscriptions billed in advance. Unused hours do not roll over. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Project packages require a 50% deposit before work begins; the balance is due on delivery. Deposits are refundable only before work has started.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.

3. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work product created for your engagement is assigned to you. We retain the right to reuse general-purpose tooling, libraries, and know-how that do not contain your confidential information.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing timely access to the materials, accounts, and feedback needed to deliver the engagement, and for ensuring you have the rights to any assets you supply.

5. Warranties and liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for payment for work performed to the date of termination.

7. Governing law
