What we collect

• Account data — name, email, and a hashed password when you register.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe; we store only Stripe identifiers and invoice records, never card numbers.
• Engagement data — messages, project details, and hour logs you and we create in the client portal.
• Contact submissions — name, email, company, and message when you use the contact form.

How we use it

We use your data solely to deliver and bill for services, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, and we send transactional email only (receipts, password resets, project notifications).

Cookies

We set a single httpOnly session cookie used to keep you signed in. There are no analytics or third-party tracking cookies.

Third parties

Your data is processed by Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting and transactional email, US-West region), and no one else.

Your rights
