Where your data lives

All production data is stored in Amazon Web Services, US-West (Oregon) region: application data in PostgreSQL, uploaded files in Amazon S3. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Backups and retention

• Encrypted database backups are taken nightly and retained for 365 days, transitioning to cold storage after 7 days.
• Account and engagement records are retained while your account is active and for up to 7 years afterward where required for tax and accounting purposes.
• Contact-form leads that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months.

Deletion requests

On request we will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices). Backups containing deleted data age out on the schedule above.
